Rod is a seriel entrepreneur and investor with a passion for technology and its impact on society. At 25, he founded his first company and grew it into a $50 million business. Since then, he has been an early-stage investor in a wide range of technology-focused industries, including alternative energy, tech-enabled healthcare, innovative nutrition, software development, and internet-centric businesses. In addition to his investment portfolio, Rod founded Tristar Properties, a company that has originated and completed over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Rod’s interest in technology’s role in shaping our world led him to found Catnip Productions, where he serves as Executive Producer.
